What are personal data?

Service providers

Ackurat uses external services, such as Mailchimp, when we send out newsletters via email. For email dispatches, we use address lists exported from our ERP system. The address lists are stored on the server for 1 year. Through Mailchimp, we track activities related to these emails, such as whether recipients have opened them or clicked on links in the messages. We analyze this data to understand how engaging our emails are. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the link at the bottom of our emails.

The legal basis for processing this data for marketing purposes is our legitimate interest in only sending emails to people who have given their consent. We may share personal data about you with others if we have your valid consent, to comply with a valid subpoena, legal order, court order, legal process, or other legal obligation, to enforce any of our terms or conditions, or to the extent necessary to seek legal redress or defend against legal claims.
