How do you receive the invoice?
We care about the environment and prefer to send PDF invoices. When you create an account with us, enter the e-mail address you want to use in the "E-mail for invoices" field. Contact customer service if you need to change an already registered e-mail address or if you want to receive the invoice in another way.
Payment terms
The invoice is normally to be paid within 30 days. The due date is stated on the invoice, and late payment incurs interest.
