We are committed to do the right thing and maintain the trust of our employees, partners and the public in us and our operations. Therefore, we want to do everything we can to prevent irregularities and detect any misconduct in our operations as early as possible.
In our whistleblowing service, you can report suspicions of serious misconduct.
If you prefer, you can instead report to your manager personally.
In order to maintain an independent and autonomous report management, we use an external recipient function for our whistleblower service. All incoming reports and messages are handled in a way that ensures confidential treatment of your identity. Your report will be encrypted and no IP addresses can be traced.
What can you report?
Here are some examples of serious violations you can report:
- Bribery and corruption
- Conflicts of interest
- Unfair competitive behavior
- Incorrect procurement
- Unauthorized handling of insider information
- Theft and embezzlement
- Harassment
- Human rights violations
How to report
Personal safety is important, and we want the person reporting to feel secure. To ensure anonymity, you need to consider two things:
- Copy the service’s web address and paste it into your browser’s address field
- Do not use the company’s computer or network
