our terms describe what you can expect when you shop with us.
Who can shop with us?
Businesses
We only offer goods and services to businesses.
Students
Students can list their school as a business to receive product samples for school projects.
Receipt and order confirmation
We prioritize clear contractual documents and
recommend that you always read our receipts and order confirmations.
Errors can delay your projects and deliveries, as it is the actual agreement based on your order. Ensure all information is correct and contact us immediately if there are any errors. We send an “Order Received” confirmation only when we have not yet planned your order.
Delivery times
Logged-in users can see stock status and estimated restocking time. This is only a guideline, and delivery time may take longer than estimated.
We inform you when items are ready for delivery, but not when they are actually delivered.
For availability, it may be good to stock the products or sign a storage agreement OR warehousing agreement; contact one of our product specialists to find out more.

The condition is stated on your order confirmation.
The company we choose to handle the delivery to you will be listed first on your delivery note under “Shipping Method”.
If the goods are returned to us by the carrier because no one was present at the delivery address, an additional shipping cost will be charged for a new delivery.
When we handle the delivery
This applies to all shipments from us:
- We pack the goods
- We choose who will deliver the goods to you
- We book the delivery with the shipping company
- We are responsible for delivery notes and any customs documents
- If possible, we provide you with a tracking link so you can follow the shipment
- Ackurat is responsible for ensuring that the goods reach the delivery address
Shipping cost directly when ordering
You get a fixed price for the shipping directly at the time of ordering.

When the customer wants to handle the shipping (EXW)
To handle the shipping yourself, you need to arrange this with our customer service. See your order confirmation for the applicable shipping terms. Contact us if you are unsure.
When you choose EXW, we are responsible for:
- Booking with the shipping company that you have the opportunity to arrange with us
- Packing the goods
- Responsible for delivery notes and any customs documents
- Costs for pallets and collars are additional
