Life outside of work
When Nina is not working, she is at home with her family and socialising with her friends. She also talks about her passion for discovering new places and experiences through traveling both locally and far away. To relax, she renovates and repaints old furniture.
Working at Ackurat
After her maternity leave, Nina got a job at Ackurat and has enjoyed it ever since. She says that Ackurat has a good atmosphere and an open environment, making it a pleasant place to work.
I have contact with customers all over Europe and speak English every day. It’s really fun to be able to help and solve problems!

A shocking start to her employment
Nina recounts a shocking incident at work when a customer suddenly said she was about to faint and then hung up. Nina didn’t know what to do, but luckily she later got in touch with the customer and knew everything was okay. Today, she jokingly notes that practice makes perfect but then continues in a more serious tone
